Mountain to Sea

This multi-adventure tour is designed to experience the best that North Carolina's mountains and sea have to offer and will include some very special daily excursions. You can expect wonderful meals and very nice accomodations. It has been created for everyone that is willing to hike, bike, swim, zip-line, kayak, raft, jet-ski, 4-wheel, parasail and hang-glide. Hang gliding is optional and will cost extra. The tour will originate in Raleigh NC, and begin on Monday morning after your Sunday night stay. From here our tour will take us to Cherokee, NC, where we will embark on an exciting journey through unforgetable sites and scenery. Daily activities will abound as we work our way up to Martinsville VA. Then, after 6 days of Appalachia, we will travel along the NC/VA state line to Elizabeth City, NC. Here we will start our quest along the famous " outer banks" of North Carolina.

We'll start this week off with a grand tour of the Great Dismal Swamp. Then we' ll play in the ocean and take in the best seafood and activities NC's coast has to offer; all the way from Nags Head to Wrightsville Beach. After another 6 six days of fun and excitement we'll conclude our coastal adventure and return to Raleigh, NC; on Saturday evening. Here, you will be offered another nights stay for those planning to fly out of Raleigh/ Durham International Airport on Sunday. This tour will launch our beginning and will be offered quite often our first year. Also, our first year, we'll only be able to accomodate 4 to 6 guest on this awesome multi-adventure tour.

To fully enjoy the activities this tour has to offer, guest will need to be physically fit. Therefore, this trip is considered a Level 2-3 Activity Tour. Otherwise, you may find youself sitting in the van occassionally. Because most folks snore, this tour provides single occupancy stays for the first 8 nights and double occupancy for the last 5 nights. Single occupancy for the last 5 nights will require an additional $799. The coastal stays are the most expensive.

Recommended gear required will include:

1. Small daypack - (available)

2. Good walking shoes

3. Light rain apparel/ umbrella

4. Sun glasses, hat and sunscreen

5. Motion sickness medicine - (provided)

6. Camera/ binoculars - (optional)
