Payments and Cancellation Policy
The prices shown are U.S. dollars per person and are based on single and/or double occupancy. A request for single occupancy will vary in cost for each tour. Prior to 6 months of a tour, 10% deposits are expected to ensure a position on any tour. Full payment of the tour fee is due 120 days prior to departure. An invoice will be sent to your email to make an Online Payment. Payments made by debit or credit cards will incur a 3% processing fee.

Cancellation reimbursements are based on days prior to each tour. A full refund of the deposit will be returned 120 days before the tour begins. A 75 % refund will be given 90 days before the tour begins. A 50% refund will be given 60 days before the tour begins. No refunds will be remitted after 59 days prior to the tour's starting date but can be transferred to another tour or tour date. A $200.00 rebate will be given to all guests joining us on any additional Dilly Adventure Tours.

Once a tour is selected and availability is confirmed, we will mail you a packet that includes a reservation form, questionnaire and a waiver form to be filled out and returned. Once your information is approved you will be sent a confirmation and request for method of payment.
